CREDO, a progressive group and Win Without War coalition member with 3.5 million members nationwide, released a statement today supporting the extension of negotiations between the P5+1 and Iran:

“Extending negotiations with Iran is the right thing to do. CREDO applauds President Obama for standing up to the reckless saber-rattlers in both parties and continuing to pursue the path of diplomacy,” said Becky Bond, Political Director at CREDO. “Preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons while avoiding another unnecessary war of choice in the Middle East isn’t only the best possible outcome on substantive and moral grounds, it would also be a huge foreign policy win for this White House.”
