WASHINGTON — Win Without War released the following statement. 

“We are horrified by the Hamas attacks on Israel, and, in particular, by shocking reports of targeted tactics against civilians, such as kidnapping. Attacks on civilians and kidnapping are crimes that fundamentally erode the concept that every human deserves dignity and has no place in any conflict.” 

“We hope that over the coming days the situation de-escalates, and urge leaders on all sides to center the dignity and lives of civilians.”
